About Us
We started Big Lick Ice Cream Co. in 2011 with the intention to bring unique & exciting products to our local farmers market in Blacksburg, Virginia. Since then we have been having fun creating new flavors & serving them to the wonderful folks in our local community. You can find us at the Blacksburg Farmers Market, local festivals, & even have our ice cream truck come to your public event! We use local Virginia milk & cream, organic cane sugar, local fruit & herbs, and pure extracts to make a variety of flavors. We grow some of the fruit & herbs right here on our farm and source from local farmers when possible. By carefully sourcing ingredients and making everything from scratch in small batches we are able to create delicious, quality products.
